Driver safety moved forward with new range of FIA homologated fire suppression systems from Lifeline Fire

Lifeline?s newly consolidated range of ground breaking fire suppression systems brings a new level of safety to a wider range of motorsport vehicles.
Following the introduction of our class-leading Zero 3620 fire suppression system, we have consolidated our range of onboard extinguishers and re-homologated all of our FIA Technical List 16 approved systems for 2018, in the light of knowledge gained from conducting the higher level Technical List 52 homologation that the Zero 3620 range of systems conforms to.
Innovations and design features of the 3620 range have been incorporated into the new FIA Technical List 16 systems for 2018 – new nozzle designs and faster suppressant deployment rates are now also a feature of the Zero 360 and Zero 2000 ranges.
These innovations mean that Lifeline?s fire suppression systems are probably the most advanced and safest available to competitors today, as well as making them suitable for a wider range of competition vehicle applications.
Although this is Lifeline?s entry level system, new nozzle technology gives better atomization of the foam-based extinguishant and the updated nozzle and delivery network configuration achieves much faster heat absorption and fire out capability.
The advanced nozzle design of Zero 360 delivers a significantly more efficient distribution of 3M? Novec? 1230 suppressant with an increased density of concentration, ensuring extremely fast fire knock-down. In addition, the remote ch...
