Last year’s automotive extravagance was a $95,000 Ford Mustang. This year the Christmas Book features a special version of the Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400.
Limited to only 50 examples, the Neiman Marcus Limited Edition Q60 costs $63,000, and surprisingly, that’s not overpriced. Yes, it’s almost $11,000 more expensive than the base Red Sport 400’s $52,205 starting cost, but if you were to choose all the options included with this car, you could cross the $65,000 mark. So, technically, the Limited Edition is cheaper. The most notable exclusive feature is the golden Solar Mica paint job, which strikes us as more Pierce Brosnan than Kit Harrington. The gold exterior contrasts against a Gallery White leather interior with silver accents. Additionally, the NM Q60 comes with a matching Officine Autodromo white leather weekender bag, a Neiman Marcus?branded satin-and-cashmere indoor car cover, a letter of authenticity, and, of course, the right to say, “Oh, you don’t have one like this.” But that’s as far as its uniqueness goes.
