Toyota?s smallest and least expensive hybrid, the Prius C, sees some changes for the 2017 model year. Outside, there?s subtle black bodywork on the bumpers and rocker panels, and the base $21,075 Prius C trim, One, rolls on 15-inch cast aluminum wheels in place of last year?s stamped steelies. More significant is that previously optional safety equipment is now standard across the Prius C line.
