Tyler Perry’s massive Atlanta, GA mansion is underway, nearing completion of its 35,000-square-foot main house on 1,200 private acres. The out-of-this-world estate boasts grandeur fit for a king with a gigantic lap pool and what seems to be an airplane runway and private jet hangar. The estate is close to the city, yet far enough and supremely private enough for a secluded family home.

Perry has been designing and building the home for several years now, with plans to convert a portion of the land into an organic farm with horses and farm animals. The incredible estate is also close to Perry’s 330-acre studio, which will make for an easy commute. Forbes recently announced Perry has achieved billionaire status.
