Golf lovers have country clubs and avid boaters have marinas ? what do car enthusiasts have" That is the question that sparked owner Sean Murphy?s inspiration for Paddock1 ? Premium Garage Condos in Tampa, Florida. ?I wanted a concept that provided both a social outlet for car lovers with a unique and practical storage solution,? said Sean – and that?s how Paddock1 was born, a first of its kind for the Tampa Bay Area.

Like their slogan says, ?Track Inspired ? Community Driven? Paddock1 draws its name inspiration from the infamous paddocks used in racing to store cars, trailers and team equipment. But they didn?t just stop at bringing a high-end, secured storage solution to Tampa Bay ? instead they upped the ante by creating a one of a kind, private & engaging community aspect to go along with it.
Construction has already begun on the private community of 66 individually owned garage condos just outside of Downtown Tampa. Each unit, ranging in size from 1000 ? 1440 sq. ft. can be fully customized to suit the owner?s personal needs. 24% of those units were already pre-sold prior to breaking ground at the end of April, despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
