Recently, we have seen more automotive manufacturers collaborating with fashion designers, bridging the gap between the two industries. Virgil Abloh set the groundwork with his latest project with Mercedes-Benz, remastering the design of the new G63 model. Ronnie Feig, owner and lead designer at KITH has taken to Instagram to tease a new collaboration with BMW. The New York City-based streetwear company has yet to release any specific information on what will be created. The photo posted is of a classic BMW emblem with the replaced lettering reading KITH being mounted on a 1971 BMW E21, a vehicle that was said to be owned previously by Ronnie?s grandfather. Although the end goal is unknown, the news has streetwear and automotive enthusiast excited for the up incoming project.
