The Quattro AWD system was deleted, and the car is 110 lbs lighter than its siblings. Taking so much weight from the front end moved the center of mass to the rear. The RWS has a distribution of 41/59 front to rear, so the suspension was tuned for maximum rear wheel grip.The forged 20″x11″ rear wheels only weigh 26 lbs, so it will be easy to make perfect donuts should the need arise. We don’t know why V10 is still in the name, Audi hasn’t built a V8 R8 in years. Another option that was lost at the same time was the six-speed manual transmission.
