Cadillac Confirms Manual Transmission CT4-V & CT5-V Blackwing

The CT5-V arrived earlier this year with a twin-turbo 3-liter V6. It sends 360 horsepower and 405 lb-ft of torque to all wheels, as it is the same drivetrain from the discontinued CT6. For an even hotter model, it was supposed to get Blackwing 4.2-liter twin-turbo, GM’s first dual overhead cam V8 in decades. One small problem, the engine is huge. Sadly it only made an appearance in the 2019 CT6-V before being shelved. That is why the CT5-V will debut later next year with the LT4 or LT5 supercharged V8 from the previous generation Corvette ZR1. I would be happy with 755 horsepower and a six-speed, how about you"
