Just five years ago, Statham snapped up this Hollywood Hills estate for $2.7 million. Now he’s just just listed the property for $6.995 million after painstakingly restoring and remastering it alongside Standard Architects and VRB builders.

The result is a Mid-Century Modern masterpiece with Scandinavian-inspired interior décor. The design stays true to its roots with asymmetrical architecture, cedar highlights and minimalistic design.
