First Look: 2016 Infiniti QX60

In 2014, Infiniti decided to rename all their vehicles starting with the letter “Q”. So, the former JX35 3-row, 7-passenger crossover is now known as QX60. For 2016, the Infiniti QX60 receives minor upgrades which include a revised exterior and interior, along with a re-tuned suspension and steering system.
What’s New
The overall headlight shape of the QX60 remains unchanged, but the content inside the housings now include bi-Xenon lamps with LED daytime running lights.
Up front, the double-arch grille and fog light surrounds have also been redesigned. At back, the taillights have been updated with a sharper design and the rear bumper now includes flush-mounted, sonar parking sensors. The interior of the 2016 QX60 remains mostly unchanged, however the upper instrument panel is now wrapped in soft touch materials with contrasting stitching. In the lower center console, the gear selector, and its surround have been mildly restyled for 2016.

Performance
The drivetrain and powertrain of the 2016 Infiniti QX60 are carried over, unchanged from 2015. The lone engine propelling the QX60 is a naturally aspirated 3.5 L V6, which produces 265 horsepower and 248 lb.ft. torque. The engine is backed by an electronically controlled, continuously variable transmission (CVT) with manual shift points.
